The highly anticipated Lyon Hall has opened today after a soft opening this weekend. The early reviews look good, and I am eager to try the new restaurant by the team at Liberty Tavern. According to DC Beer, they have a fantastic beer selection.

Also opening today is The Burger Joint in the newly renovated Lyon Village Shopping Center. This will be their first Arlington location. I have really enjoyed their burgers at their Bethesda location, for a more comprehensive review, check out Capital Spice.
Star & Shamrock opened this past weekend. It is a marriage similar to my parents – Jewish & Irish. I love corned beef, latkes, and Guinness. I think I know where I am taking my parents for their anniversary this year….
